Dr. Fine earned his medical degree and completed rigorous postgraduate training, including internship and residency in internal medicine. His extensive medical background provides a deep understanding of how overall health, hormone balance, and tissue health influence aging, wellness, and aesthetic outcomes.

Angela is a certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist, with advanced specialization in PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) therapies. Her clinical focus centers on regenerative and evidence-based treatments designed to stimulate cellular repair, optimize tissue healing, and support long-term skin health.
She collaborates with dermatology and nuclear medicine physicians to integrate advanced aesthetic and regenerative protocols into patient care. She earned her Certified Holistic Nutrition Health Coaching credential from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2019 and has worked closely with integrative and functional medicine providers, developing expertise in hormone health, lifestyle medicine, medical-grade supplementation, and personalized wellness programs.
Maria has held leadership roles including Wellness Director, collaborating with physicians and guiding patient care programs within integrative and medical spa environments. Her work focuses on supporting patients in weight management, hormonal balance, beauty, and overall wellness through personalized, results-driven care.
She regularly attends A4M educational seminars to stay current with advances in integrative and functional medicine. Her expertise has also received national recognition, including a Good Morning America / ABC News feature highlighting IV therapy as an emerging wellness treatment.
In November 2025, Maria joined Age to Perfection as Administrator, bringing her clinical experience, leadership, and patient-centered approach to support the continued growth and elevated client experience of the practice.
