Wrinkle relaxer such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin & Jeuveau, take effect in approximately 2 weeks. You may notice changes as early as 2-3 days, however, treatment is fully set in approx 2 weeks. Plan your appointments around any special events keeping this in mind.
The short answer is no. With each visit, your previous dose is a guideline for treatment. Muscles in our body and face are not always consistent and therefore can require a change in dosage. The difference is usually not great, unless we also decide to treat other areas of our face, neck or décolleté.

No, if your previous treatment with filler is intact and free of any nodules, migration or unpleasant results, then we may proceed with facial balancing or lip filler as needed based on assessment.
There is always the possibility of bruising when using needles/injectables. While we strive to avoid bruises, the reality is the face is very vascular with many little capillaries, veins and vascular structures.
During our consultation we will go over the important things to do prior and after your appointment to minimize any bruising. For this reason as well, scheduling treatments well in advance to special occasions is important.
